Upon request of dates and hotel, we will ensure that all services are available. Once we have ascertained the availability we will then send you the booking with your unique reference and payment details. We will then request a deposit depending on the size of the group and the services involved.

Cancellation & Refunds

Should for any reason you need to cancel your holiday after time of booking a sliding scale of refund is used due to our expenses and costs involved.

More that 8 Weeks prior to arrival - 85% refund
4-8 Weeks - 50% refund
2-4 weeks - 25%
less than 2 weeks - No refund - contact insurance company

In any cancelation case, we will provide all necesary documents that you will require for your insurance company and do everything we can to ensure maximum refund for you.
